Production Time and Proofs
CreativeDot is a graphic design firm that has created productive partnerships with several print shops around the country. We work directly with these print shops to provide YOU with an end product that meets your expectations. If you’re used to using quick online print shops where you upload your design, or create your design online, you will be very pleased with the product you receive from us…our products easily exceed the quality of those types of “quickie” print shops.
Production starts immediately following proof approval, or the next business day for proofs approved after 12:00 PM (Noon) EST or on weekends.
Your printed project will ship within 2-5 business days of the start of production. Shipping is via either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Your email shipping notification will include a tracking number and the shipping method used.
You may request a free PDF proof of your print order. The proof is designed to give you an accurate representation of the content to be printed on your project.
A low resolution .jpg proof will be sent along with your project quote for your review via email attachment within 2 business days. You must approve your project before production can take place.
Changing or Cancelling Orders
Due to the highly automated and fast paced printing process, once orders are placed, they are final. Changes cannot be made and orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We do not send your project for production until you are satisfied with your design and your approval has been received.
