How Do I Place My Order?

  • Provide your project details by completing the Project Form.
  • You will receive an email confirming our receipt of your project details.
  • If we have any questions we'll contact you, otherwise your next email will include your proof(s) along with a detailed quote (each portion of the project is broken down separately, including design).
  • If you have any changes to the proof(s), those should be made at this time, via email reply.
  • Your proof email will include a project ID to be used for online approval.
  • Once your proof is approved and payment is made, printing will begin.
  • When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number (Ground Shipping is always free on every order).
NOTE: If you have a Frequent Buyer Membership, the progress of your order can always be followed from your member page.
